Packing:
1- Fish are pack in double lined squared plastic kept in average 13.5 - 18 kgs per box, all bags secure packing in styrofoam box with liner card board box sized 60x45x30 cm.
2- Packing charge
10.00 USD per box for ordinary packing
12.00 USD per box for individual packing (betta)
15.00 USD per box for two floors & individual packing (discus, scat, mono)
20.00 USD per box for two floors & individual packing with cloth tape bag (big cichlid & valued fish)
Heatpack Charge 2.00 USD per box (if any)
3- Shipping & Handling : 250$ per shipment or 300$ for more than 30 boxes per shipment
4- Minimum order per item is 1/4 boxes
5- Minimum order per shipment is 6 boxes
Price:
FOB / Cairo, Egypt in US Dollars.
All of the prices quote here is F.O.B from Cairo, Egypt , Prices of every product can be changed any time without notice and will be advised in our next offer or new price list or our stock list.

Freight Charges:
Freight Charges are based on the actual charges from the airline and freight forwarder which we shall not consider this charge for our profit, rate might be little fluctuate with our Egyptian currency pound.

DOA Policy:
Death on arrival is simple situation for im-export fish business, DOA rate less than 3% need to be accepted from buyer.
Our preparing fishes are well condition in our tanks; if there is any DOA occur, it has to be informed us within 24 hrs after shipment arrival with clearly reference pictures. Claim does not included shipping cost and packing charge, and credit will be placed for next further shipment.
Any mortality happened if flight delayed because of engine trouble or miss connection flight with approval and receipt sign by one of the cargo officer as witness from the airline involved or other causes beyond our power, the lost must be shared between shipper and consignee of each a half (50%).
